In 2020 #EachforEqual becomes the theme for international women's day.

 

International women’s day is a day that recognizes the social, economic, cultural and other kinds of achievements of women from different parts of the world. We must remember though that “equality is not a women’s issue, it’s a business issue because a lack of female parties being included in a business is not good for a country’s economy. Though some may think it’s difficult to do, it is still achievable.

In fact, gender parity in all aspects of the workplace is achievable together. With this year’s theme, #EachforEqual, hopefully it will inspire others to challenge things that many may be used to doing on a daily basis such as stereotypes, biases, and unfortunately more. Hopefully through #EqualforEqual we will learn to celebrate the achievements of different kinds of women around the world including Bahrain.
